Our King Has Come
The Joyful Sounds of Christmas
Featuring New Arrangements by Bradley Knight, Daniel Semsen, Cliff Duren and Joshua Spacht
Our King Has Come is a supremely versatile collection of twelve arrangements by Bradley Knight, Cliff Duren, Daniel Semsen, and Joshua Spacht that combine proven standards of the season from contemporary Christian artists (including Francesca Battitelli’s “Heaven Everywhere” and “Christmas Is,” Sidewalk Prophet’s “Hope Was Born this Night,” Kari Jobe’s “When Hope Came Down,” and Hillsong’s “Our King Has Come”). This gem has dynamic opening numbers, powerful worship sequences, and songs appropriate for the manger, the shepherds, and the Magi.

This is a great find for me this year. We are using the Optional Script B with the songs that are selected to go with that script. Of course my favorite song is "Our King Has Come". It sounds much more difficult than it really is. My choir was a little scared at first but then when it is all divided out and parts were played they picked things up very quickly.
As for the whole book, there are songs I really don't like at all. But for my needs this year, it hit the nail on the head!
